Several years ago, she/he put up several freebies via the forums at runtimeDNA. SkyGirl may have experienced some health issues which slowed down 3D projects in the meantime. Looks like the new website is going nicely now.

correctly, Poser Professional.
Not to be confused with poserpros the website nor with PP (PoserPro) the predecessor product.
Smith Micro has purchased the company which owns Poser. Not that the top management team nor its Board of Directors have a background in 3D art. Smith Micro does not have a reputation nor experience in the digital art domain.
But there are possibilities for Poser - distributed rendering on a scale never before possible; migration to an entirely on-line app usage, with content on a pay-per-use ot subscription basis; collaborative creation on a scale never before possible; and someone suggested, instancing - whatever that is.

Browser [ICE] Home page
Browser [ICE]'s home of Chris Cookson GMAX and 3d max plugins/scripts.
GMAX DL from Turbo Squid Gamer section:
Apparently, Swift3D can accept .3DS files for Flash animations, so I'm going to check that out.
.... I;m back from looking at the Swift3D item with the MAX plug-ins and the resulting demo. I looks like what Poser and DAZ Studio can do - use 3D meshes, apply toon shaders, set up an animation, and render.
